I can't believe I am almost done with this challenge! I took two days off (Sunday and Monday), so I am going to go one extra day... so I will be done on Thursday, and then weigh, measure and do pics on Friday!
I am excited to see if there have been good results! I definitely feel stronger, though and have great energy! Yeah for that!

Jen-no prob girly...you have been doing great and deserve the praise!!! As for the challenge after this...until JM comes out with a new 30minute program, I think I am gonna kinda have to go my own way with the exercise; however, if you need help coming up with a routine...or if you make your own routine and want me to help you push through...just keep me posted and I'll do my best!!

I think I am going to stick with the Shred and Ripped in 30, and just alternate as I feel like it to switch it up on my body. I by no means feel like I have them "conquered", and so I am sure there are MANY more benefits I can gain from them. I am also thinking of adding in JM's yoga meltdown some... what do you think of this plan?

Jen-I think that sounds like a great plan...as long as you feel that you are getting enough cardio for steady losses still!! I also think that a day of yoga is a good idea....it will help you stretch your muscles and work on your flexibility too!! Don't forget to get in 1-2 rest days/week too <<<this is very important! You will do great!0

You're doing amazing, and there's just one day left! I took longer than planned to finish too, but life happens!! The important thing is that you get things done and reach your goals, not the amount of time it takes to get there. It's all worth it in the end! Reaching all those little goals makes it so much easier to keep pushing. You can do it! Get it done tomorrow and let us know how it went!0 -

OK, here goes trying pics again, I always mess it up!
So, from Day 1 of Ripped in 30 to today:
Height: 5'1"
Weight: 172/163.8 -8 lbs
Waist: 37/36 -1"
Hips: 42.5/42 -.5"
Calves: 16/15.5 -.5" each
Thighs: 25/25 -0
Upper Arms: 13.5/13.5 -0
Neck: 14/13.5
Total lost: 8 lbs, 3" total
Which doesn't seem like much, actually. But, somehow my pics look like a lot to me, and my clothes are fitting WAY better, infact some are too big! Here they are, from the beginning of the 30ds to now at the end of ri30. This is gonna have to be the last set of pics with the denim capris because they are literally falling off me. So, I changed to a new outfit and put those on here too so that I can compare next time with them in the same outfit! And same disclaimers as before- I am not "sucking it in" in any of them and I am not pregnant in any of them even though I look like it.... (four babies will do that to you sometimes, unfortunately!)

How great that we made it through BOTH 30DS and RI30!
I treated myself to a whole weekend off of working out (felt decadent!) and will be back at it tomorrow! Here's to the next 10 pounds coming off in October!!!!
