I'm reading all of your posts and logging! TY TEAM PERSEVERANCE!!!! You get a point if you drink 64 oz and stay under our calorie goal, another for exercise and another for every pound lost.

Ok, girlfriend! I got mine in before this prima donna turns into a pumpkin.

I am like way under today...Does anyone else have days like that where you are just running around errands and it feels like you don't get a spare minute to eat until like 20 minutes before bed. Today's challenge is to run, walk, or jog a mile on top of your regular workout. We are given points based on if we completed the challenge for the day and also for drinking 64 oz of water and if we stayed under our calorie goal!
When you have completed all of that it helps me if you come here to the forum and post it. It saves me from trying to go through 20 food diaries.

Hi everyone, hope your all having a wonderful day!
So I'm under my cals and drunk all my water. However I'm very sorry to say that I didn't do my extra mile as my DH had chronic back pain and I was at the hospital all day with him then had to go teach my classes and also cover an extra few classes due to my co-workers baby being sick. All this left me no time to even breath let alone go to the gym. I'm soooo sorry however can I do It tomorrow to make up for it?? I'll do it anyway so I can catch up!
I'm off to get some sleep, I'm exhausted:yawn: .0 -
Alrighty, everyone!! Day two....let's go get 'em!! Don't forget the water!! That's the easiest part of this challenge...and it's so HOT out...think how GOOD you'll feel with nice ice water in your tummies!! heh, heh!!!
Exercise is a little more of a challenge today...but I KNOW y'all can do it!! Just set your mind to it....as Chalene always says in her Turbo workouts "energy comes from your head...just tell yourself you can do it, and you CAN"!!!! Go, Go, Gooooo!!!
