Just a reminder of how important it is to have the ENTIRE team working together!
We have blown it on Week 1 team. I just learned that unless EVERY SINGLE team member drinks 64oz of water AND stays under calories Mon-Sat (each of those 6 days) we will get ZERO points for it! It is to be a team effort and if everyone does it each week your team is awarded 5 BONUS points.
However, we CAN and NEED to redeem ourselves in Week 2! You will get out of this what you put into it!
I have one no show so far and have decided to contact Gary for an alternate to fill the spot.
I'm sorry but if you sign up for a challenge and then don't show up you are letting down 19 other people who are counting on team members to help pull their weight!
I'm gonna get tougher from now on. I'm very supportive but a good coach and captain cracks the whip when it's needed!!!

I take this challenge seriously not because I want to come in at first place but because I DO CARE about your HEALTH!
If you say well Lori I just can't run a mile today, then you need to call me cause I will literally talk to you the entire time you are running around the track. I can't fly to where you are but I am willing to go to my track here and run at the same time you do and and "virtually" run along with you!
I want you to think about why you signed up for this challenge? Cause you heard everyone else was or because you have fat on your thighs and butt and you are sick of it?!!!!
Your Captain AND Friend who is gonna be tough on you but VERY PROUD of you when you put forth effort!!!!

OMG! I"M CRYING HERE> because I forgot to post my water on my log yesterday, AM I THE ONE WHO KILLED IT FOR EVERYONE?? I mentioned it on my post last night that I forgot to check it but that I drank 120 oz. Did that count at all?? If it didn't count, I guess I will kick myself off the team. :sad:0

Thx Cecy, life is too short to not have a sense of humor. Just to let you all know, if you would like me to create a special poster featuring any of you just holler! I can even put 2-3 of us in a pic. Ever wanted to be Wonder Woman? I can make that dream come true! Well sort of. I just stick your head on her body.
