    Regular treadmill workout + 1.2 extra miles

    Can I be wonder woman? LOL I LOVED her while growing up!! Didn't stop wearing my wonder woman undies till ... oh wait, I was seriously about to embarrass myself...LOLLLLL..

    But on a serious note, Lori... you are the best captain (and friend) EVER!!!!! I really appreciate all the time, creativity, and hard work into this challenge. I'm going to give you 100% right back!!! I hope everyone else is taking this challenge seriously... we are a team!! When one fails, we all fail. When one accomplishes a goal, we all share in the victory. Let's show them that we keep going ... despite ALL obstacles. Persevere!

    Oops! I'm having a hard time following all the posts. I had a deadline to meet today and didn't get a chance to log in until a few minutes ago.

    Today:
    Under calories!
    72 oz. water
    Extra 3 miles
    100 jumping jacks
    Did not get regular exercise today.

    Yesterday:
    Under calorie goal
    64 oz water.
    100 jumping jacks
    Extra 34 minutes of cardio

    COME ON TEAM - we have failed the first 2 days :cry: - so let's learn from our mistakes and move forward and SUCCEED for the rest of the challenge. After all, don't we deserve to succeed?? Don't we deserve to be the best??
    Do it for the team, do it for Lori BUT most of all, do it for YOURSELF!!

    Hi everyone!
    So I did well today, under my cals, all my water, my 50 crunches AND my extra 1 mile from yesterday ( I really hope you can count it!!) Today was a great day over all!! Can't wait for 2morrow! Come on team we can do this!!!!!!!

    OK team members...I have an "internal" challenge for you!! This will make this next couple of days easier for me too..... I'm going to be on a girls' getaway in the mountains. Now....I'm with two of my oldest, dearest friends and we don't get to see each other but about once a year and have NEVER done a getaway before, SOOOOO....this promises to be a fun time, but COULD prove to have temptations galore to eat too much or exercise too little!!

    There's the preface to this "internal challenge"..... I plan on keeping right on with the tasks of the challenge - ALL of them: calories, water, exercise,and logging on!! Here's my challenge....can YOU do this at home while I do this AWAY from home??? Yesterday was better, but there were still some that didn't do every facet of the challenge!! The requirements aren't that hard...basically doing what we're supposed to be doing already (if you're serious about your weight loss and health) with the addition of an extra exercise that is doable!!! Let's GO TEAM!!! I'm taking my laptop up to the mtns with me to keep track and still be able to log on daily...now, I won't be STAYING on to kibitz, but I WILL be here off and on!!

    CHALLENGE ON!!!!!

    Okay, 20 sit ups done. 30 more to go. I am sooo sore today from yesturdays fishing. But guess what I am killing myself again and going fishing in a little while. This should be less calories though and less strenuous because yesturday I went deep sea fishing for Cod and today its just lake fishing for bass and bass is a lot smaller and less weight then cod. Alrighty, gotta run. Will touch back later.
