    I've pushed my knee to the limit today and don't want to be out of commission so I'm looking for alternatives to anything that puts a strain on the knee. Just sharing what I found:

    Ok, Today is going to be a crazy weird day for me because I've been up all night at work...
    Done with 100 ab crunches, already at 72oz of water...
    WILL be under on calories lol - I've only had about 270 so far and it's my lunchtime already...

    So I'll post again before I close out my diary for the day - but woohoo at least THAT is done

    August 3rd Day 3- 64oz water-Done (114oz today) 50 crunches-DONE (400 done today) Under calories-DONE and all checked in

    I didn't want to go to the gym today but I forced myself. 30 minutes on the bike along with my walk during my lunch break = awesome! Under calories and water has been drank :)
