Im sincerely sorry you guys. As your captain I should be the LAST person letting you down. I did my Insanity work out late, left it all on the floor, and had NOTHING left in me to give after. You just heard how horrible the globe jumps were! lol. Seriously though...you picked a good day! lol. Next week doesn't look too too bad except the up/downs.
