    Sorry we lost electricity yesterday in a storm. We are up in the northernmost part of minnesota at a summer cottage.

    I did my fitness challenge yesterday plus about 8 hours of canoeing, ate my calorie allotment, and drank all my water.
    Today same thing, I do not have enough computer time to do much logging, but we will be heading back to civilization tomorrow, so will be back to logging my food. It is easy to stay under calorie count when you are bringing all your food in in a backpack. We are supplimenting with fresh fish, wild blueberries, and wild greens and mushrooms that we find. We get up when the sun comes up, break up camp and canoe all day to a different spot, fishing as we go and trying to find blueberries and greens as we go to shore for bathroom breaks. Every once in a while I get high enough to get a weak connection with my cell phone.

    Soo...I worked my butt off today to ensure I had enough saved calories banked to enjoy a couple of beers tonight with friends.

    Today's report:
    Challenge: 50 squat lunges, didn't realize I was it was only supposed to be 25 until I finished. Oops.
    Water: 9 GLASSES!
    Calories: Under

    Hope you all having a great weekend! I, for one, am looking fwd to any easy day tomorrow.

    Happy weekend everyone, I completed 50 squat lunges, calories under, 9 glasses of H20 and completed day 6 of P 90 X, I hope all are well and I am looking forwad tonext weeks challenges and withering away.

    Stayed under calories despite 2 parties today! I am amazed.
    Drank about 5 glasses of water... going drink more now. I will have 8 before bed tonight.
    Did 30 day shred and 50 squat lunges.

    Legs are sore from my long run and squats yesterday...should be better by tomorrow and ready to roll!
