Under Calories
10 cups of water and counting

Day 2 Aug 2
Besides regular water aerobics, ran 1 mile for team, walked 3 miles with friends, biked 3 miles for the piece of virtual chocolate that Gary's team sent me for losing weight 2 days in a row. Smiled the entire time I was riding the bike and walking cause dark chocolate sure put a smile on my face.
Go fellow witherers...
Tomorrow is Team weight loss for me at 6am and I am providing kale peach protein smoothies for the entire class to taste.0 -

Day 2 Report (August 2):
Water Intake: 80oz.
Did 55 min of Zumba plus an extra 30 minutes on Elliptical for 2.43 miles!! I finished up with strength training for upper body.
Under calorie goal by 10 calories

Day 3
Burned 805 calories doing Bridge to 10K AND did my 50 crunches for today! Will post water and diary successes later!0 -
Monday did 100 jumping jacks.
