Had to change my lovely starting weight thanks to mother nature good news it was only one pound and not two like it normally is ughI wear two bras during insanity I can do it just hate them lmao and I I will wipe them out with my workout

Hi all,
My name is Yvonne, I am a 46 year old wife of a minister and mother of 1 and a grandmother as well. I have attempted to loose weight trying every thing from weight watchers to Nutrisystem and every other diet in between. Instead of loosing weight I have gained about 40lbs and I am very uncomfortable with my weight, I don't feel actractive and this weight makes me very unhappy which is not a good thing for my family.
I want to be in not only good health but great health, I have been told by my Dr. that I need to loose weight, my cholesterol is too high and that I am a pre-diabetic all due to being overweight. I want to learn to eat right, loose weight and keep it off.
I am currently a nursing instructor and I do not have much time but I believe if I planned my meals and had them ready I could do a lot better.
I look forward to sticking it out with the team and withering a weigh.
My current weight is 187 lbs
Goal by the end of August is to at least loose 10 lbs.
My long term goal is to get down to 135 lbs.0 -

Food logging under cal limit. I had RMR test done today and I need to up my calorie allotment... Good news but I will have to work hard to consume so many calories.... at least 1250.....0 -
Oh and down a bit in weight. Had 9 mo appointment with surgeon group nutritionist. all is good.
