Oh. Confession time. The scale was down 1 this morning (it was legitimate, I didn't have to reset the scale again!). I was very happy as I haven't seen 147 in many, many years. So I then proceeded to eat multiple cookies this afternoon, and had ice cream with the fam after my son's soccer game. So now, why do I do this to myself? I knew I shouldn't eat the cookies, and I kept going back and getting more. And after the cookie debacle, why did I still eat the ice cream??? No wonder the scale laughs at me.0

Hmmm not expecting Monday's weigh in to be anything too great- I have had a very naughty week as it was my wedding anniversary on Monday. Mon & Tues I ate LOADS as in 2000-3000 cals each day and minimal exercise. Then the last two days I have probably eaten maintenance- parents visited today and brought food. It has been a four day food fest basically!
However I am back in the game as of tomorrow so hoping the damage won't be too great come Monday- who knows0 -
I'm a pretty versatile eater already, in fact I just had my first pluot (a combination plum and apricot). Any suggestions on an unusual food to try?0

I eat everything
So I tried a new spice last night, a Jamcian dry rub blend. It was good. Tonihgt i tried Portuguese style spicy chicken and it was amazing!!!!....As for a new excercise, im still looking, hopefully i can find something before Monday

I'm still doing c25k and I also picked up biking. I used to bike up and down the road all the time when I was a kid, but never for exercise. I went around the circle of our neighborhood and cycled about 3 miles. I think I've found my new fav exercise0

I tied Roti (an Indian flatbread). You use is as a wrap to eat assorted veggies and meats. I also learned how to do globe jumps. Bassically a deep squat jump that you do 4 of to create a circle0

Right now the scale is looking pretty good - just have to make sure I don't mess it up this weekend!0

Sorry missed the weigh in, went to visit friend for couple of days and ended up staying over a week helping her move. Weight this morning was 123lb ;o)0

New food - Well I did have lemon Sole at Friends Hen Night and never eaten that before so guess it's new (never had white chocolate cheesecake before either but I guess that wasn't the ideal )
New Exercise: My friend has moved to Caerphilly to live no matter which way I walk with dog I end up having to go up a mountain, so I guess you can add hill walking to my exercise. Got lost the other day in pouring rain and was out for nearly 2 hrs trying to find my way back up the mountain through the woods ;o(0 -

Damn! I was so hoping to get to my first goal of 147. Only had one day over my calories and doing 30 Day Shred every day. Maybe I shouldn't have increased my calories from 1200 to 1300 or maybe it's muscle.0 -

Only a 1lb this week - I'm tempted to blame TOM, but I'm not sure how it actually affects me (other than feeling bloated and crampy etc) as I haven't been logging for long enough.

I am happy I didnt gain, but a little bummed i didn't lose anything!
as for the challenge:
Firstly, try a new food or one that you think you hate.
I tried fish this week, really thought i'd hate it, but i really liked it. i made parmesan crusted tilapia and it wasn't too "fishy" as I feared!
Secondly, try a new kind of exercise or one that you think you hate.
I have been wanting to try C25K, but am afraid to even try it and think I will hate it...maybe this is the motivation I need to attempt it and get rid of those last few pounds to make my goal!!0
