    08/15: 124 No weight loss, but I did loss an inch off waist and hips each over the last 2 weeks.

    Both challenges completed. I tried roti and globe jumps. The first was bland, but spiced by the accompanying foods; the second hurt my knees.

    Goal weight on August 31st: 129 for the third month in a row I have lost the last 2 months but just a little so never quite make it to goal hopefully this month.

    08/01: 132.0lbs TOM
    08/08: 131.4lbs glad to see I did go down a little after a bad weekend of not as much water and not so great food (just because I was at my parents and they don't always have the best choices. One day I brought some of my own fruit to snack on but forgot on the next day. Still haven't seen anything under 130. Maybe next week.
    08/15: 129.6lbs I am happy I did different activities this weekend and got my visit to gym in both days but I also ate at Olive Garden and didn't make best food choice there but progress:)

    I saw 145 on Friday but it didn't stay long. Am thrilled to be at 147 though!

    This morning I did 30 Day Shred L1/D1 so am on my way to adding more weights. Does anyone have thoughts on how to coordinate Shred with C25K? I'm on Week 8 of C25K. I'm thinking as long as I have an hour or so after Shred I should still manage the run...or am I pushing it?

    Next week my daughter moves to college and told me she is taking her scale with her. Hmmmmm do I go buy another or try to go with out? I do weight myself everday to keep myself on track.

    I so want to get to 147 - it's just a nice number cos it's 10.5! I read someone saying they run before 30DS and find it helps as they're really well warmed up so maybe you could try it that way round. I did level 2 (day 13) today - very tough!!

    08/08: 216.0 This doesn't really surprise me - last week was spent at county fair and most of my meals were carnival food.
    It only happens once a year so I enjoyed myself, worked hard with the animals and now I'm moving forward.
    08/15: 214.8 - Good thing is I'm going down. Bad thing is I'm still above my starting weight for this month.
