I did try to do Jillians kettle ball video. Not one of my favs, but I am glad that I tried. I also got ground turkey this week and tried it. I liked it and my hubby had no idea that I changed it up on himthink we will try it more often. Not sure how it will work in everything but in most

Seriously ive been eating way too much on the weekends and having a tough time getting back on track .. every time i stress i run to food! i thought i had it under control but i need to get back in order and melt these lbs away quickly!0 -
