Ok, done my swimmer weight lifting things. Feeling like I can do better today ... well bootcamp before anyone is up helps. And I've just done my 30 day shred, which I'll try to do again later, to catch up for yesterday. Just need to run my extra mile and then I'm all good!

***One of my favorite recipes***
Southwestern Salad with Black Beans
Ingredients
* 1/2 ripe avocado
* 3/4 cup packed fresh cilantro
* 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
* 2 scallions, chopped
* 1 clove garlic, quartered
* 1 tablespoon lime juice
* 1/2 teaspoon sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3 cups mixed greens
* 1/2 cup black beans, canned (rinsed) or cooked
* 1/2 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen (thawed)
* 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
Preparation
1. Place avocado, cilantro, yogurt, scallions, garlic, lime juice, sugar and salt in a blender; blend until smooth.
2. Place greens in an individual salad bowl; toss with 2 tablespoons of the dressing. (Refrigerate the remaining dressing.) Top the greens with black beans, corn and tomatoes.

Per serving: 235 calories; 4 g fat ( 1 g sat , 2 g mono ); 0 mg cholesterol; 43 g carbohydrates; 0 g added sugars; 13 g protein; 13 g fiber; 307 mg sodium; 1325 mg potassium.0 -

Bummer regarding the dropped people.
My weight has not changed but this week it is going to! I got new running shoes and I feel like I'm floating on air, that has to be worth something right? Congrats to everyone that has had weight loss already in the 1st week. Way to rock it out!!0 -

I have added an extra mile every day since Sunday, I am on a roll. Like I said, out of town Fri and Sat so trying to get it all in before that! Put me down for 4 miles so far. I feel like the scale is going to be good to me tomorrow. Now if I could kick my wine at night (when the kids go to bed) I'm sure the weight would come off but my kids might make me crazy!0

I'm a bit perplexed about the 100 stair climbs, is that like run/jog up a 100 stairs? or a flight of stairs a hundred times? I'm going to do the first ... I only have 3 steps in my house (we all live in bungalows in New Zealand), so if I run up and down those like 34 times??
I've done 2.5miles today, despite being sick ...got another 'extra' 4 miles planned for Sunday ... will see if I can fit a few extra in tomorrow, bit challenging when everyone is sick!
Right off to do my exercise challenges and 30 day shred! I'll be going to bootcamp tomorrow even though I'm ill as it's our session at the boxing gym, which I LOVED last time!0 -
and I'm perplexed by the globe jumps too ... is one set of four jumps one globe jump? i.e. are we doing '200 jumps' (50x4) or just 50 jumps round in a square ... I've done the latter and the thought of having to do that 3 more times is not a pleasant one!!0
