Add 5 for me from this weekend. At an amusement park for 10 hours on Friday (no lines made for a lot of walking and not too much standing), treadmill yesterday!

updated my siggie with my cardio from after my training session on saturday....i skipped workout yesterday so now i have to bust out 108 miles in the next 3 days to meet my goal of 60miles.....i CAN do this....brought my sneaks for a lunch time stroll....it's MFing hot here in south florida but a girl has got to do what a girl has got to do to make her goal.....0

Looks like I'm going to hit 100 miles before this month is out! And that doesn't count elliptical or horseback riding miles, or random wandering around miles. Just running!0

soory gang - i have been off the radar screen due to this thing with Irene. lots of stress, lots of coordination - and lots of stress!!!!!! happy to report that my place down south survived quite well - no structural damage of any kind. the gardens are a disaster and looks like irene threw up on the place. headed back on 9-8 to start the clean-up. all in all, quite lucky.
however - i did move my *kitten* 3 miles on saturday and today another 4.5 - updated my sig. gotta figure out some way to move 18 miles before the end of the day wednesday............will do my best!!!!0 -
Whoo hoo, I made it past my goal! It was hard this month. I went from 65 miles last month to 85 this month and the jump was hard!
