Two things.
1. I drank 164oz of water yesterday. ( I burned about 1000 cals running to the bathroom all night LOL)
2. I got ahold of OhFong, she was lost on what to do in the group. I hope I got her up to speed so we'll see what happens with that.
Thrashing thursday is here! I think I'll do four differnt ab routins with sets of 25 each today. I know theres muscle under that mushy gummie bear layer.0 -

Thrashing Thursday is good to. It might make me think I need to do Zumba cause its closer to Thrashing than dancing when I do it.0 -

I went to do a Zumba class last night, but the class was canceled. I'll try again next week. hopefully I'm not the only guy in class0 -

This is what I need. I need to get Team Abnehmen numbers up for the weekend challenges too so we can trash talk the other two teams. LOL0 -
I just found out that our parks and rec are offering free drop in classes in August. I'm totally going to stop in and try a Zumba class.0

Feel like a lame-o this week. I have been feeling like crap all week, and haven't set foot on my treadmill. Im gonna try to at least get in some leg lifts and crunches tonight. Im sorry, team!!0

Then hit the eliptical for 45 min. Now to make dinner0 -
so far today: 1 hour walking leisurely in the park, 25 minutes of 30 day shred, now off to do my tri-cep dips and kickbacks
Need to see a downward trend on my scale, I know slow and steady wins the race but this is ridiculous0 -
did 25 tricep extensions per arm and 50 tricep dips
also so happy to report that I lost 0.5 inches from hips and 1 inch from waist so even though the scale is moving slowly, I am getting results0 -
