    Options
    Treadmill running for 20 min + 5 minutes walking cooldown. I'm slow (5 mph) but working on increasing length, then I'll work on speed. Then weight machines (legs) for 20 min.

    Not impressive to most posing on here, but I'm happy with my progress. I do this 4 times a week (alternating 2 leg weight days, 2 arm days always with cardio).

    Today was a 2 mile run at the gym, then chest/shoulders:

    Shoulder press
    Bicep curl
    Side lateral raise
    Front raise
    Incline fly
    Rear delt fly
    Bench press
    Incline bench press

    Plus a 15 minute walk (total) to and from the gym.

    2.5 miles on the treadmill this morning (alternating between jogging and walking at an incline).
    I'm not logging this at exercise, but my partner and I are going on a walking ghost tour tonight that will include at least 90 minutes of walking, so, you know, that's better than sitting on the couch watching TV!

    I walked from the bed, to the fridge to the couch and back to the fridge again. Figured I burned about 50 or so calories.

    P90X3: Cold Start & CVX. Plus whatever running around I do tonight at work. My vivofit is telling me I'm already at 11334 steps, and the event hasn't even started yet!

    Today is my rest day - just doing a little housework and gardening. Yesterday was weights and tomorrow I'm going for a 5+ mile hike in the hills with my sister.
