    Treadmill: Hill interval program [Level 12 out of 20] for 65 minutes (3.2 miles). Lower level hill interval program [level 3] for the last 1.8 miles....

    I'm doing two-a-days, so the second workout will be 30 minutes of some type of cardio and weight lifting.

    Too many unforeseen events last night got me home at bedtime. In the interest of not dropping a 30 lb dumbbell on my head, I opted for making it up tonight. So, tonight will be All Pro heavy day.
