    Tabata Power (Insanity Max 30 - morning) and a 1 hour spin class (evening). Plus playing around a little with my TRX, I'm trying to get comfortable with it so I can use it during the holidays when I won't have the space to do Insanity Max 30 & I won't be able to get to a kettlebell or spin class.

    Today I did an hour long HIIT class + a quick 15 minutes on the elliptical. Yesterday was Barre and Zumba. Tomorrow I'll play tennis. I like to mix things up a bit.
