    Morning playing harmonica which is a wind instrument and evening spin class at Gold's Gym. Both go together as my cardio workout, lets me play my harp/harmonica with more power.

    I did Tabata Power (Max 30) this morning. And this evening, I've been playing around with my suspension trainer that came today. Not really a workout, just trying different moves once or twice to get the feel of it.
