Heavy dead lift, squat, bench, overhead press, upright row, seated row, incline dumbbell row, cable ab crunches and calf presses. Then 20 minute fast cycle.0

My WERQ class I was looking forward to was cancelled so I sucked it up and did 5 miles on the dreadmill.0

Little hike on my rest day. 12,000ft mtn, 22mi, 4800ft vertical. Was short 1.4mi of the peak though because of an uncrossable avalanche chute. Snow was waist deep and I had shorts on lol. Little cold for the legs so I turned around. Ok, I'll call it a semi rest day because of post holing in the snow.0

Night
Warm up cardio on treadmill 9min mile- 1 mile at 2ft incline
Lawnmower pulls, 20lbs, 3x10
Tricep pulls 24lbs, 3x10
Glute bridge, 25lbs, 3x10
Straight leg deadlifts, 30lbs, 3x10
Dumbbell squats, 20lbs, 3x10
Sumo squats, 20lbs, 3x10
Gym was crowded at 11pm so I gave up and didn't finish full routine.
