    I am finding that I LOVE exercising. I get such a high when I'm done. I'm cursing my laptop as I do Insanity, but when I'm done I just have liek an automatic happiness. Lol

  • Okay, not that I'm conceding defeat or anything, but I just want to put it out there that before joining this group I used to think of the weekends as an optional time for working out. You know. Just do whatever I felt like for fun or sleep in and not get to it if the week before had been really draining. So, in truth, weekend calorie burn challenges are not designed for me to win. But worry not, my lovelies. September will come soon enough. At that time (I believe) we will be tallying WEEKLY calorie burns. Oh yes. Quake. Quake in your sneakers, for I will be donning mine to run and run and run, wracking up points all the while!

    for tri tues...so far I have done an hour of cleaning, am about to play volleyball with daughter and later will do my 30day shred

    I'm with you though. I like lounging and doing nothing on the weekends after working ALL week long!! Mon-Fri is when I work to get things done!! Saturday and Sunday are my relax days.

    I need some clarification on Tri-Tuesday challenge. Do team members only get points if they complete three seperate 15 min workouts, or would 1 45 minute workout count?

    I think 1 45 minute workout is fine. The main thing is to get up and move, right?

    1. 10 minutes of walking on treadmill (5 to warm up, 5 to cool down)
    2. 40 minutes of running on treadmill
    3. 11 minutes of Slim & 6 pack, the ab video in Slim in 6

    I also planned to do some intermittent desk exercises, but the day turned out to be too busy to support that.
