I need some serious moral support. I haven't weighed myself today... I told myself I was just too busy and didn't have the time... but i know that I am just to scared to look at the scale. So far I have lost 16lb but I just still feel so miserable, fat and disgusting. I have just looked at some pictures I took since I have lost the weight and they made me feel like i may as well have not even bothered loosing weight because I am just so horrible and ugly... I don't see how i can ever not hate the way I look. When i look in the mirror and look at pictures, I dont even feel like I am looking at myself, just some disgusting blob! I wish I looked like who I think I am on the inside! The last two weeks my weight loss has been pretty slow and I just cant bring myself to look at the scale because if I feel this crappy now, how am i going to feel if I weigh myself and see a number I don't want to?0

We've all felt like that before. Don't be so hard on yourself though...you're working to change things! Look at it this way, if you let the scale get you down and you give up now, 6 months from now you're going to feel exactly the same way that you're feeling right now. If you keep going, 6 months from now you'll be a whole new person! You can do it, just don't give up! :flowerforyou:0

Spreadsheet should be updated by about 9 PM tonight. Super busy yesterday - working and then found out I have a job interview next week and had to prep stuff to send in to them. Good busy though.
I lost a pound. Personally I think the scale is lying to be my friend, but whatever, I'll take it. Running and food were WAY off AND it's TOM, so I'm not complaining.0 -
Ooops! Slow to report but my weight this week 156.0. Very slow loss! I really need to focus and get support.

We're up to 108 pounds lost as a group! Congrats to everyone weighing in! I know this week was a bit harder for some, but sticking with it each week truly does make a difference. So proud of everyone in this group!

I need some insight on this week so far. I've been pushing myself like crazy the last 3 days. My 18m old is sick so when my husband gets home I'm off to the gym to make up for the class I missed during the day (can't put her in the child care sick & her's going out of town for the weekend Friday) and get out frustrations from being cooped up in the house with a klingy child. M-W I burned 3200+ calories, hopped on the scale to see any changes and I was up 2 lbs.
I think it's because I haven't been eating much, maybe 1600 calories, or 3 workouts a day is too much. I'm thinking of sticking with my 1 workout, I've been doing 3 so far this week (burned 50 today) and skipping Zumba tonight.

Weigh-in: 244.8. Same as last week. I'd rather maintain the weight than gain it!!
With my fluctuations in weight this month - started on 9/1 at 248.5, then gained and went up to 250.9 during the first week, I'm very happy to say that I ended at 244.8. That's an overall loss of 6.1 lbs for September! :happy:0 -

I may skip this weigh-in (or use tomorrow's weight). I'm up and not happy about it, but I want to differentiate between my body retaining water after yesterday's half and eating from the past week.
Either way, I'm going to take it in stride. I'm done training for a half marathon for awhile and going to be focusing on some more high intensity stuff while also freeing up time for strength.0 -
I am up 1 pound this week and am not very happy about it. My current weight is 181.4. This is due largely in part because my Treadmill is broken and the part I ordered for it hasn't arrived yet. I am finding other ways to workout, but it's not nearly as good as working on the treadmill0
