Wow, day 19 L2D9 done!!! I think it was my best workout yet. I think I just about did the splits on those plank jacks! Looking forward to Level 3 on Tuesday. I focused today on getting lower in the squat and lunge poses. Yep, I feel it in my butt!

I really liked the Shred until I got to Level 2. Now I hate level 2 so I just with I could avoid doing it every day. LOL Sad, I know.
I've missed the last two days, so I plan to do it twice today & tomorrow. That way I'll be caught up again.0 -
i haven't been able to check in because i've been visiting my parents but i have been doing my work out. today will be day 4 of level 2 and i'm enjoying it! i was actually able to do most of the plank jacks last night!0

Day 13, day 5 of level 2. Finally could see my endurance picking up slightly today. I did a little better on the cardio, but staying in plank position for half of the workout is killing my arms and shoulders. When I started level 2, I gained two pounds, but now I'm back down and lower than 170! The lowest I've been since my wedding last summer. Funny to think I might be thin enough after this to not only get back into my wedding dress, but do it w/out the spanx I had to wear on my wedding day!0

D4 L2 completed today. I hate level 2 with a passion right now. I struggle with getting the motivation to do it (blah!) my endurance isn't there yet and i still find myself panting and trying to catch my breath. Especially after the circuit 2 cardio. I'm able to do the full plank exercises now though, no modifying! I also find that after I get out of the shower after this workout I feel way more tired...borderline exhausted when level 1 left me energetic and feeling fantastic. Once the exhaustion passes I feel better, a bit more energy, but not like level 1. Dunno what that is about. Thanks for the continuous motivation though ladies! Knowing others are able to push through this level daily keeps me going!0

I feel the exact same way. I would do Level 1 and have so much energy after. Now I do Level 2 and feel completely exhausted after. I also have no motivation to do it. =P0 -

When you don't like of something, think of it this way, it's ONLY 24 minutes. You CAN do anything for 24 minutes and once you're done, you're done. (Also, remember I'm a few days ahead of all of you because I started 7/28) Focus on how much better you will look and feel when you get this level finished!0 -

NICE job! I wear spanx ALL the time, even when I was in the 130's. After 2 c/sections and atrophied ab muscles (I can't feel them) the doc have basically told me I can improve them, but because there's nerve damage, I won't ever get them flat without surgery.0 -

I had to "rack" my brains for what the C2 cardio was - ob twists and skaters. The twists, they're ok, but I actually really like the skaters. My suggestion if you're that exhausted is to modify a little bit. I've only felt REALLY sick one day, and generally I feel GREAT afterwards, but maybe you're pushing yourself a little too hard. It's not a crime to cut back a little until you feel strong on this circuit.0 -

L2D2 today, burned 348 calories.
I didn't take as many breaks, I think because I used 3lb instead of 5lb weights most of the time.
My 1yr old is adorable, when i do the arm crosses for warming up, he does them too. And when I lay on my back to do the crunches, he always has to come lay down on my tummy with her arms wrapped around my neck to cuddle. Makes crunches a lot harder LOL Also, when we do the cool down at the end and have our legs spread part, he sits right inbetween then facing the same directions and starts watching tv =P He's so cute! I love him!0 -

AMAZING job ladies! Every time I log in I catch up with all of the posts since I last checked in, and it really keeps me going! I don't want to let myself down, or my August team that I know is working hard!
I finished L2D3 today, and I have to say that I really feel like I did a little better! I've got some sore spots, but that's to be expected.

I did my first workout of level 2 today....and I feel a little bit like I got my butt kicked. But...I've come this far and so I'll read posts tommorow to find the motivation to go down and face level 2 again!0

Level 3 / Day 1

No, no, NO!!!! Don't tell me what! I start that one TOMORROW and I'm doing my "sneak peak" in about 30 mins... I'm goin' get my butt kicked tomorrow, aren't I? :sick:0 -
ALRIGHT!!!! Level 2 is DONE!!!! :laugh: I DID look ahead to Level 3, it will kick my butt, but I'm ready for the challenge! :drinker: It's a LOT of plyo's, and since I'm a crappy jumper, it will be HARD!!! But hey, I finished 20 days, and didn't miss any, I can do 10 more days.

Darina, think of it this way, After doing circuit 1 AND the strength training of Circuit 2, you are half way done! Every minute after that is one minute closer to getting finished for the day!0 -
L2D5 completed...i'd come to the conclusion that i hate planks, but i've never sweat so much in my life and i feel so great after each workout! half way through! we can do it!!!!0

L2D2 is complete...I am glad to read I am not the only one that sweats so much on this level. I am really sore between my shoulders and back. I am looking forward to D4 so I won't be so sore.0

Level 1 day 6 for me. so far i haven't managed to do it yet, not feeling too great today, feeling a bit weak and sick. I'm going to go to to work and try to power through day 6 when i get home at 10pm, then i can just collapse into bed after (after showering of course). wish me luck folks. I'm not too confident that i'm gonna manage to get day 6 done, but i don't want to give up!0

Okay...so Day 2 of Level 2 done. I'm finding my shins are really sore today. I'm not sure if I've used muscles I didn't even know I had, or if I'm putting too much strain on my lower legs with all the jumping. Any ideas? Now...I need to go shower and wash my workout clothes!0

Good Morning! Wow, I had to look back to figure out what day I'm on! Finished L2D*4* today! I've been reading the updates on level 2, and I definitely agree with many of ya'll. During level 1 after a couple of days I was able to make a really strong finish to my cardio in circuit 3 - big movements and keeping up. As of today, during circuit 3 I was a dead duck in the cardio. It is challenging, I can say that!0
