    9.19.11 Monday: 337 calories circuit training. Injured my knee.
    9.20.11 Tuesday: 0 calories barfing. (can I count that as abs?)
    9.21.11 Wednesday: 842 Calories swimming
    9.22.11 Thursday: Knee still bad, but rain prevented both walking and swimming, blah.
    9.23.11 Friday: 799 calories walking and jogging. Knee still very tender.
    9.24.11 Saturday: 968 Running
    9.25.11 Sunday: 2142 calories running AND swimming! An hour of each, whew!

    Total: 5088/5000
    And I'm back down the pound I gained last week!

    This last week I managed 7091 (Woo!), my best yet I think. Predominately down to swimming and cycling with a little walking and some abs and arm workouts thrown in for good measure.

    I don't have my before and after weights as I don't have any scales

    ok, so the week before I did not meet goal, but I did this week. On the up side, on all my exams I have made A's! So I can not be that sad about it.

    Sorry was a little busy and spaced on reporting last two weeks I think

    Last week ending on 9/25-17,610 calories
    Week Ending on 9/18-23,367 calories

    Regular workouts include walking dog for an hour a day, an hour worth of cleaning and general housework, 45 minutes of Tai Chi, about an hour sometimes more every day of Cardio Aerobics using fit in six, 60 minute P90x
