I may be a cheezeball, but ten years ago today my workplace got blown up. It's not something you forget, and today I ran without my headphones. An hour of silence, if you will. At sunset.
For the first time ever, I never stopped to walk during my run. I had a record time. It was hard, but it was my own silly little tribute.
