What a bad start to the week! Monday I tried to do some circuit training and utterly blew out my right knee. Tuesday I was in bed with a stomach flu (and an ice pack and heating pad on my knee). Today is Wednesday, and I got some swimming in, but my knee is really still too sore. I was supposed to join a running class today, but I don't want to injure myself further, as I'm just now beginning to walk without a huge limp. Sadness!
