September Challenge, burn 5,000 calories a week!

This isn't going to be easy! But what "challenge" isn't challenging? This September Challenge is to burn 5,000 calories a week! Crazy, right? But we can do this!

    Not possible for me. I already burn 3500 per week with a good 6 hours or so a week of running plus other endeavors. No way I'd be able to squeeze in another 3 hours of working out with my work and family schedule..

    Good luck though. I'd be curious to see who can meet that challenge.

    Good Luck everyone! This is a fantastic challenge and that it will be. For me personally...I would be ecstatic if I managed to burn 5,000 calories in a month! I might burn 500 calories in a good week at the gym...lol.

    A week... it's about 715 calories a day.

    Count me in... I'm training for a big hike for October (50 miles in 24 hours). I've seriously got to up my training between now and then. This will help motivate me. :)

    At the end of each week look at your exercise diary to see how many calories you burned for the week =)

    09/04: Total calories burned (how you did it) (start weight) & (weigh-in)
    09/11: Total calories burned (how you did it) (weigh-in)
    09/18: Total calories burned (how you did it) (weigh-in)
    09/25: Total calories burned (how you did it) (weigh-in)
    10/02: Total calories burned (how you did it) (weigh-in)

    I plan to start on August 28th to get a full week in for the first week of September.

    you can log your exercise under "exercise" each day ... every sunday if you look at your "exercise" it will tell you how many calories you burned for the week. You can post it here then

    Do you do Zumba in Class or at home? I have started in the last week doing it at home on the xbox kinect, and I love it!!
