    OK, leg starting to get better, so here we go:

    Mon 641 - running and walking (and doing something nasty to my calf!)
    Tues 698 - a few hours walking
    Wed 1264 - a good bit of walking, and a nice long swim.

    I usually do a couple of hours a day, and as I'm hefty, that normally adds up to around 1000 - sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. I'll catch up to you lot soon!

    Like Jerzee, I've been comparing MFP to other sites, but bucking the usual trend have found estimates elsewhere to be very similar or more. So hopefully my MFP estimates aren't too ridiculous. I got a wristwatch HRM the other day, but can't seem to make it work! :-)

    Well, late to the Ball, but I'll see how I can hold up doing this.

    Hope people don't mind that I count my week as starting on Mondays :)

    Monday: Run 7.1 miles 1012 calories burned
    Tues: Elliptical 30 minutes 460 calories burned
    Wednesday: Run 7.1 Miles 1012 Calories burned

    Calories burned: 2484 so far

    The rest of this week should be interesting with DragonCon and a Falcons game to go to...

    I've been away for most of this week (I thought the challenge would start on the 1st September) so I may be a bit behind this week... I have effectively 4 days to burn 5000 - a lot per day for a girl of 140lbs >_< Have strength training, combat and pump and a walk planned for tonight!

    Tues-1296 calories burned- (35 min on elliptical, 60 minutes walk/jog dvd 12 min/mile)
    Wed- 1174 calories burned - (80 minutes on elliptical)
    Thurs- 242 calories burned (28 minutes of 30 day shred, level 1)

    I want a heart rate monitor too! My friend has one and he says its hard to believe what the monitor is reading because he burns way more than he thought he was.
