September Challenge, burn 5,000 calories a week!

I've just found this post, (Actually I havent been on the boards here although I have been using myfitnesspal for over 6 months), so I didn't know about the challenge but will include my stats
First week of september I was injured so only managed 2772, but this week just been I totaled 6105. Might aim for 7500 next

tue: 627 calories burned (100 minutes exercise cds + 5 mile outdoor leisurely walk)
wed: 772 calories burned (80 minutes exercise bike, outdoor: 2.5 miles walk/jog intervals, 2.5 miles walk)

I just found this thread, so as usual I'm behind the power curve. It should be easier for me to do than most people, I'm very heavy so any exercise burns more Kcals then the average joe. My wife has a nice tread mill so I started using that 2-2.5 hours a day. Half in the morning and half at night after work. My exercise goal per week right now is 8670 kcals a week. So hitting my weekly goal should also accomplish this 5,000 goal. I'm really tired of being a FB so I'm doing something/everything about it. I can hit my weight goal in a year, but my bodyfat goal may take longer. I can only walk right now, but look forward to being able to run again. Good drive to all on this thread.
