    I got 6 Week Six-Pack got Jillian Micheals, and I burned 403 calories!!!!!!!!! SO if anyone's looking to burn more calories, there's a great way! =D

    I am not going to hit 5,000 this week! Feeling very sickly yesterday and today. No boot camp yesterday and I don't think I should push it today. I'll be happy if I get to 2,500 for the week. Hope you all are doing great!

    Tues 888: calories burned (100 minutes eliptical, 60 minutes walking treadmill)
    Wed: 821: calories burned (90 minutes eliptical, 60 minutes walking treadmill)
    Thurs: 798: calories burned (60 minuttes eliptical, 60 minutes walking treadmill, 25 minutes indoor track jog/walk intervals)

    It occurs to me that this challenge is WAY easier for me as an obese person than it is for a slenderer person. At least, time-management-wise. All the above exercises took place within only one hour of time. When you're carrying around an extra 100lbs, you get more bang for your buck!
