Concert that was a lot of fun was California Jam in 1974.
    Bands were:
    -Rare Earth
    -Earth, Wind & Fire
    -Eagles
    -Seals & Crofts
    -Black Oak Arkansas
    -Black Sabbath
    -Deep Purple
    -Emerson, Lake & Palmer

It was crazy. Was in the Marine Corps. Went with a couple buddies. People were abandoning their cars on the freeway because of the congestion. Somehow, we managed to get our car in the lot. It was an all day concert. We spent the night before and the night of the concert in the parking lot. Came back after wandering around a bit and one of the guys traded our Blankets for Acid. Had a nice trip, but might've froze if the gal in front of me hadn't of found room for me in her sleeping bag. From what I can still remember, I had a great time.

You went to CAL JAM!? That's almost like saying you went to Woodstock.. One of my favorite Deep Purple performances ever! The second Cal Jam with Ted Nugent, Heart, Aerosmith would have been awesome too. It was unfortunately way before my time :(

    Amy Grant, April 1986.

I can't forget that night. She took the stage and told us that the U.S. had just bombed Libya. Kinda weird considering the news today.

My first concert was Korn when I was 15. That's also when I started wearing contacts so that I could go in the mosh pit without getting my glasses broken.

Crowded House in 1988 at the Brisbane Ekka (A kind of Australian town fair for those in the States/UK). Latest one was Iron Maiden at the O2 in London.
