    Thank you for making this again. I am going to compete this! August was a great month, then my while family was sick for two weeks, I had to work a bunch of overtime due to the Earthquake and hurricane, then I found out I got the new job I wanted! I've been totally stressed out and eating bad. I've gained back at least two pounds and I have not exercised in almost two weeks. They is changing today! I am back on track!

    How do you update the ticker? Do I have to go to myticker.com and cut and paste the code each time?

    Just an update - haven't had a decent workout since Friday. Been busy with family stuff. I did spend most of the day today helping move stuff from my mom's old place to the new one and also cleaning after. I feel like I'd be cheating. :blushing:

    9/2 ~60min - gym class
    9/3 ~ 0
    9/4 ~ 160 mins 7 mile hike
    9/5 ~ 60 mins - walk/run 4 miles

    I'm gonna lose this weight if it kills me :drinker:

    Hi All - I need to check in with my HRM tonight to log what I did over the weekend. The BF had me doing hard labor yard work (must be my repayment) and I know I burned bunches of calories and many minutes.

    No exercise for the month yet for me, since I was out of town September 2nd through yesterday, but I'm starting today and should be able to catch up!

    Great job to those of you who have been working hard in September already!

    You shouldn't have to copy and paste it each time. As long as you have the code that you first set up, all you have to do is update the ticker, and it will automatically update on your signature.
