Update for last couple days: I forgot to actually log the 4 hours of shopping me & Hubby did before heading to the gym, so I'm just going to have to work harder tomorrow & Wednesday ;-}
Sunday: 481 calories (plus some unlisted shopping!)
Monday: 222 calories walking (today is supposed to be my "rest" day)
Total so far around 3800 cals, only 1200 between tomorrow & Wednesday - totally doable between working out in the AM & first appt with the PFT at the gym on Tuesday Evening!0 -
Just finished my UFC trainer workout.. 134 calories burned.. makes my new total 715. Far from 5000 but I'd like to get to 2000 but check in time, I'm gonna work towards that!! :O)
Can you tell me what your UFC Trainer workout is? Or where to get it? I know my Baby Sis is going to loan me her Rush Fit (which I am SUPER excited about!), but I love kickboxing & martial arts, so if there are more awesome workouts out there, I'd love to check them out0 -

Well, I enjoyed my 1300 calorie breakfast. I'm planning on doing a walk for 1 hour, and my C25K training that takes about 30 minutes, so that should help things. I have 268 calories remaining for the day, so keeping meals/snacks pretty small..and I should do fine..I think i ate enough protein in my breakfast to keep me full half a days worth :laugh:0 -

Hey! It's a video game for the xbox actually. I had the biggest loser and I loved it so I wanted to try out something different. The UFC trainer is ok but its mostly strength training from what I could tell so far...I liked the variety more on the biggest loser and the trainers were better on the biggest loser, the guy on UFC seems pretty stiff. I really got it because I thought my boyfriend would like it better and we could do it together lol. It's always fun to try something different )0 -
ok...I ended up taking three 30min walks at work last night which I added in, and then I added in whatever my cal burn was OVER my BMR (but just for the 13hours for work)...so I still feel like I am missing a few extra burned cals...just from work in general...but this will have to do! I will be doing the same thing again tonight and tomorrow! Let's kick it TEAM YELLOW!!:drinker:
