    So far every meal has been fish today (tuna salad at "breakfast", leftover salmon at lunch), should I try for 3/3 with sushi for supper?

    35 min stationary bike, 15 mph pace, mostly. Then calisthenics. It's finals week here and the gym was nice and quiet.

    The university pool has reopened; I'm trying to decide if I want to enter a local triathlon in June, now that I can swim regularly again. Maybe if I can get in a decent outdoor bike ride I can judge if I'll be ready by then.

    Cardio: jog/walk- 30 minutes (300 calories)

    Strength: biceps- barbell curls, dumbbell curls, preacher curls, cable curls 4x12,10,8,6

    Assessment: Steak and vegetables for dinner.

    Happy Thursday! Game 2 tonight with no STEPH! They can win, but they need to control turnovers, rebounds and play excellent defense.

    Assessment: 
    Beef adobo last night for dinner.

    Happy TGIF! Shipment day. Ugh, I had a feeling we were going to take a beating last night. And still 2 more games at least without Steph. They need to win at least one at home.

    Happy weekend! Close store tonight. Game 3 at Chase tonight. Hoping the Warriors can win at least one of the next 2.

    Strength: quads- leg extensions, leg press, Bulgarian squats, Smith machine squats 4x12,10,8,6

    Assessment: Mediterrean for dinner last night. It was good because it was just my daughter and me and we hadn't done that in quite some time.

    Stretching 10 minutes

    Analysis: For the past four weeks now, I have been dedicating 10 minutes at the end of each workout to stretch, shoulders on upper body days, legs after cardio and leg day. When I started I was mildly concerned whether the stretching would somehow lower my strength (my brain knew it was not likely, but my subconscious still worried). However, a month in and my lifting numbers are still as high as ever, and the only thing lower is my degree of stiffness the rest of the day.

    Food: Last night was breakfast (French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc)

    Cardio: Happy weekend! Boxing client this morning then regular house cleaning, laundry and grocery shopping. Ugh, tough loss. They need to win the next one or it may be all over for them.


    Strength: hamstrings- seated leg curls, lying leg curls, stiff legged deadlifts 4x12,10,8,6


    Assessment: Taco Bell for dinner. 3 chicken soft tacos.

    Happy Monday! Good weekend. Spent time with daughter for dinner. But Warriors lost. If they don't win tonight, I fear their run is done.

    Happy Tuesday! Day off but sad because the Warriors lost last night. I fear this may be it for them on Wednesday unless Steph can play and even then they have to win 3 in a row to go to Division Finals.

    I hope the Warriors get Giannis. It's really all we are missing. But we'd have to mortage our future to do it. Kuminga, Moody, Pods would all be on the trading block for that to happen along with a few draft picks. But it would almost guarantee another ring if it was him added with Steph, Jimmy and Dray.

    @ninerbuff i want to know is, what happen to Jimmy Butler. He took over the game when he was with the Heat and made it the Finals and i wanna say they won it…. That would be my concern moving forward…

    I'm on a work trip right now so still mulling over the triathlon idea. The long outdoor bike ride I had planned right before I left turned into a mere 4 miler with my daughter since I've come down with a cold.

    Ok, today - Triset- db fly, single leg hip thrust, BB upright row, SS- tricep PD, hammer curls and the hammies off with a romanian deadlift… Lunch time smasha in full effect today brothas, LFG!!!!
