    I'm joining late, but I track my miles on MMR. I have been sidelined because my foot tat is healing, but I have 12.36 miles so far. These are mostly walks since I can't wear socks and running shoes. Should be back out on the road tomorrow morning :)

    I'll set my goal at 50 miles for this month. I'll have to find the exercise ticker.

    It's been a couple of crazy days here, so my distance both days has suffered. 2.3 miles walking yesterday, and 2.6 miles today.
  • Is it too late to join? I'd like to set myself at 30 miles for this month, if i can still join! :)

  • I was going to go home but went to the gym for a quickie!
    I did 2.58 on the treadmill and jogged 35 minutes continuously FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!!

    5.25mi running and .65 mi walking.... Ticker finally updated below

    Bike in the shop with broken spoke.... hopefully I will get it back tomorrow.... otherwise 275 goal might be at risk
