Anyone else having trouble with Ticker Factory? I add my miles it shows up the new miles but when I click next it reverts back to the previous miles.0

Yep, I'm having trouble too! Mine is trying to update a "conceive ticker"????? It's not allowing me to update my exercise ticker. How weird?0 -

Despite all of the rain in the Mid-Atlantic, I have gotten in some miles on a bike in the gym, and will log a few more before the week is through. I'll enter everything at that time. Hope everyone is having much better weather than us.0

Well, I did 35miles today with 6 miles of hills and 3K feet of elevation total. Not bad for being able to ride only once a week for the last couple of months. I do have to admit that I do feel tired, and I know I am going to be a little sore, but it's always the good type of sore.0

Heading into the last week of training for my sprint tri!! One week from today!! I'll start logging some longer rides after next week. Long run tomorrow, so I'm done riding for this week. Here's what I've got:

I'm in the DC area and we had crazy rain/flooding this week, and I got some mud on my new bike.....I guess it is officially broken in now:-)0 -

I'd hate to see what your idea of not gently would be. I mean 15 miles on a bum knee is an hour at my average speeds.
Well - the specialist said to me "No more than 90 minutes, no more than 70% of MHR on the pulse meter, and no hills... so - that 15 miles was around 70 minutes of riding around on the flat, not even getting out of breath... Not that I go that much faster or further in any case, but it's the fact that I'd been told not to do something that made me want to do it more :laugh:0 -
So last Sunday I took my new bike, which is a cycle-cross bike, off road for a little while. It was a lot of fun, but I managed to knock the back tire out of true a bit. Since I have taken up fixing my own bike, I thought that I would be able to fix it. As it turns out I just made it worse. So I missed out on a week of commuting to work. Today I finally got it into some semblance of true and took it for a ride, but it didn't keep. So while watching The Godfather I completely rebuilt the wheel. I just took it out for another 15 miles and it worked great.

Total for week was 80 miles so I am at 116 miles for the month. Been under the weather this week with a cold-the joys of sitting out at a football game in the rain last Saturday. Hopefully I can get in more miles once that clears as it is no fun trying to ride when I feel light headed and dizzy.
