I do often think we could pass for a toy museum. After Christmas they are everywhere. My dad was actually desining a tv stand that could attach to the wall for me yesterday so we'd have more floor space for....toys. :sick: Leave it to grandpa!

Three under 3-- I just missed that by a month when I had my first three kids in the early '90s-- I do believe that qualifies our dear Mrs. Beans for a Supermom title-- -- able to leap tall mountains of toys in a single bound, more powerful than a gassy baby-- look! Up in the nursery, it's SuperMom (disguised, naturally as mild-mannered Sara Beans-- )

Hey black team I'm working on those fruits and veggies we are suppose to be eating. I didn't realize that I wasn't getting enough fruit until I was paying attention. So am doing bette. Won't weight until Wednesday as that is our weigh in day. So good luck to all. Still doing my walking.0

Hope my plateau ends, but who knows-- as of now I have 200 calories til the end of the day. We went out for breakfast on the way to take Mike back to Hershey where he hooked up with his son for the trek back home to Georgia-- so, I had a few too many calories.
Oh well-- I plan to exercise tonight-- good news/bad news-- there is no transcribing work for me tonight. My company goes into a horrible holiday slowdown-- so there will be no income for these past couple days, but it's been nice family time and tonight I can exercise without worrying about squeezing it in between typing sessions. Hopefully business will pick up soon-- yipes.0 -
I'm changing the topic for now, I'm sooo excited for BIggest Loser to start tomorrow night. This time I won't be eating chocolates and cake while I'm watching, I'm down 4 pounds so far this week, hoping for 5. I'm not sure which day we are weighing in either, we started on a thursday. If we are going a week from thurs we'd be weighing in on Wednesdays?0

ok,ive got another question(lol) after my cheat meal yesterday(went over about 1300 cals) do you guys think it would be a HUGE deal if i don't eat all of my exercise cals today? I just put in all my food for the day and ive still got like 500 calories left?
i will admit that my cheat meal got a little out of hand yesterday:blushing: :frown: :ohwell: i usually try to stay just a little over my normal caloriies for the day:ohwell:0 -

That's what I've been doing in the past, and it doesn't seem to be hurting anything. Since you're not making a habit of going over, it should probably work itself out just fine.0 -

That's what I've been doing in the past, and it doesn't seem to be hurting anything. Since you're not making a habit of going over, it should probably work itself out just fine.

The digital scale we had broke and the other one with "springs" as spyguy says told me I weighed in at 186 and this morning I weighed in on my wii fit and it told me I was 189. I am sooo sad. Before I would have stuffed my face all day if that happened. today I haven't wanted to eat at all. I'm afraid of gaining weight and I know that is dangerous. I just am so tired of being the big girl at work and every where we go that even 1 or 2 pounds scares me to death. I plan on working out on the treadmill as soon as the kiddos go down tonight. and also a little on the wii and I cleaned the house today. all becasue I'm sad. I am learning to do other things besides eat when I'm sad or bored so I guess that is a good sign right?0

So I did 30 day shred with madison the oldest and she made it a whole lot of fun. She was trying to do all the exersices!! so cute watching a 2 year old try and do jumping jacks is the funniest thing ever. she also did reverse crunches! I her!!!0 -

Aww Samantha ... I'm sorry you're sad. Saw your AV and wondered what was up. But remember ... that number is just that ... a number. Don't let it get you down. And don't let it make you afraid to fuel your body!!
The important thing is the last thing you said. You did NOT run to food because you were feeling sad. Did you hear that? You found productive, healthy things to do to deal with your emotions.
Do you realize just how HUGE that is? Wow. Really ... take that to heart and think about just what an enormous victory that is!!

I can TOP that. My DH didnt change a thing, didnt KNOW he lost weight, until one of the guys at work made him get on the scale. He was kidding about me and my new diet...he lost 16pounds.....Im STILl not talking to him....uh wait, is that punishing HIM or ME???:laugh:0 -
Good evening fellow Black Team Members! I am so excited about BL starting next week and about joining this challenge. Good luck to everyone. My busy schedule does not allow me much time to get on here and I find the threads kind of hard to find. Will something about "new black team" be in all topics so we can find the threads? Also, if there is anything important that I am not responding to, please feel free to email me and shake me a bit . I am currently working two jobs and going to school full time and some days there is just no me time left at the end of the day and I am using my reserve for exercising at this point. Anyway, I am so glad to be a part of this team and look forward to seeing less of you soon (teeheehee).0
