    I also indulged in a Canadian thanksgiving. I think the scale will show that this week :( I am fighting a cold, but still managed to get all my workouts in. I was trying to sweat the germs out lol. My son is turning 4 on Halloween and he's super excited. This year will be the first time he's going trick or treating. I bought him a Green Lantern costume, although every day he tells me he wants to be something different. Are there any other challenges going on after this one is finished?

    may i join this? my 1st small goal is to lose 5lbs by Halloween!! my kids still don't know what they want to be yet. ill let you know when i know :laugh:

    I cant believe i am so close to seeing the 140's :smile: and i am just 10 lbs away from my next goal. Not sure i will hit it by my goal date but I'll be happy to reach it all the same!

    SO MAD! But i will not make an excuse, no one to blame but myself. I could go on and on about the weekend, how much we ate out, the pumpkin patch, the cupcakes, my anniversary, getting sick, the concert... but I WILL NOT! I hate excuses so I will not make them. I should have had better control and worked out. As you can see Im really not happy with my self.. i was so close to the goal of an 8lb loss and so close to the 130s and I just pissed it all away............ Hope you all have MUCH better results then I did this morning.:grumble:

    Didn't lose anything this week but I'm losing inches cause the size 16 pants that I have fit a little loser than last week so it's a good thing..hope everyone has a great week..
