    Good Monday Morning to all you beautiful ladies!!! I hope everyone had as good a weekend as I did! :happy:

    I guess the weekend was so good that I even put back on 1/2 lb! lol.. but you know what, heck, it was well worth it!

    Here are my stats:

    Week 9/5/11-- 135.5 lbs
    Week 9/12 --- 133.5 lbs
    Week 9/19 --- 133.5 lbs
    Week 9/26--- 132 lbs
    Week 10/3-- 130 lbs
    Week 10/10-- 129.5 lbs
    Week 10/17-- 130 lbs
    Week 10/24--
    Week 10/31---

    Total loss : 5.5 lbs for this challenge thus far..

    love your attitude and 1/2 a pound is nothing!! keep up the hard work mummy!

    I am really working on toning & lowering my BF%, so it's hard to lose weight while increasing muscle:ohwell: The funnel cakes at the state fair probably didn't really help either:tongue: Everyone is making amazing progress!     I've been pondering this myself.....I think i am going to excercise ALOT and simply enjoy the day without going overboard. I know as long as our group sticks together i should be able to get through just about anything. Latoya - you have been GREAT and i am so happy i stuck with you :-) I have actually joined one other but it doesnt hold a candle to my first! All you mommies are wonderful and i look forward to moving on with you all!

    Awesome chart Mimi! Im loving the yellow already completed people!!! I am really hoping that we do another thanksgiving challenge together! I like the smaller goal, shorter challenges. I feel like we have all done much better!!! I plan to still lose, Im no where near where I want to be looks wise to start maintaining.

    im no where near maintainence mode either, lol! im thinking a small weight loss goal in november to account for thanksgiving...maybe 3 pounds? thoughts??

    I plan on pigging out, I don't do cheat days but on holidays or special occasions I make sure I enjoy it all, sometimes suprisingly I still lose weight the next day, I think its a shock to the system so to speak

    I agree with this completely. Its a once a year holiday, lets enjoy. I like to get a scoop of everything. This year however i will make it a point to take smaller scoops, and all the snacking before hand i will put on a plate and sit and eat instead of grazing. My body seems to be the same way. eat time i have shredded after taking a couple days off i have a big drop. They say its good to shock your body and for my body, it works!
