Okay, I'm not going to be too happy about my weigh in tomorrow. I took a sneak peek this morning at it was up 2lbs. I'm frustrated and disappointed too. I have been drinking only water and lots of it. I've been eating clean and exercising.
I know I shouldn't get down as hormones as well as a lot of other reasons have a part to play but dang it, I want a loss to show! I don't want a loss one week and up the next. I know that inches are great to measure and etc too and they are down but when you are trying to get to your goal weight, the numbers on the scale do matter.
My hubby said that I may be retaining water and that I just got done with my TTOM (sorry guys). Also, I do have a form of IBS and have not 'gone' in several days.
I'm just frustrated this evening cause it seems I'm doing things right and I'm not getting the results others are getting. I am doing another challenge through Isagenix and some of their progress are wonderful. I will be better tomorrow. Thanks for letting me vent.0 -
today I weighed in and if it is the same tomorrow I will hit a BIG milestone tomorrow! I will be to 1/4 of the way to my goal...For some 1/4 of the way is 5 or 10 lbs but for me it is 47...I didn't mark it down because I have this uncontrollable fear that it will fluctuate up tomorrow morning and then I will not be happy... so I can't wait to jump on the scale tomorrow morning!!

Tammy I have form of IBS as well...where I have difficulties going for a week or so and then LOOK OUT WORLD....I have found that it is irritated by my caffeine intake...the less caffeine I have the better it is.

Weight today 155.2 so a loss of 1.4 again
cfiles: I'm not doing any certain diet or exercise, just mainly trying down on chocolate and trying to net 1200 calories a day.
tammy - Stick at it and I bet you will have an extra big weight loss next week :flowerforyou:

holy crap I surpassed it!!!! I lost 6lbs this week. I weighed in at 308 this morning! I ate everything I was suppose to this week! But I am also doing Bob Harpers Biggest Loser Workout! I don't expect that my loss will be that great every week but this was nice since I had a 1.2lb gain last week!
I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT!! 1/4th the way to goal!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!! and 1 lb away from -50!!!!!

I am traveling this week and my hotel does not have a fitness room or a scale - so I really don't know my weight. I'm just going to enter the same weight as last week because I feel like that is close. Have a great weekend all! :flowerforyou:0 -
That's the thing, I haven't had ANY caffeine since before the 6th of this month. Actually, when I drink coffee sometimes it seemed to stimulate it. But I'm doing a healthy, clean eating challenge that ends Oct. 7. I was up a lb this morning...so I should still be happy with the results I have had thus far. But, ya know how women are.

Only a .2 weight loss this week. My body seems to be holding onto to every single calorie I'm giving it. Hoping for a better loss next week. Hope everyone else had a great week and an even better weekend.0 -

I had a loss of 0.9 pounds, not much but at least going in the right direction! My CW is 132.6.

Whether is .something or committed to eating healthy congratulations to all of you. Sometimes, we may not be happy with scale number but planning and committing to staying healthy will be a big success for everyone. Congratulations to everyone for great efforts and staying focus.

Today's WI is 155.2. A little better than last week. Last week it was my fault because I had a lot to drink early in the week when I found out I was going to be losing my job. Thank God, things work out for a reason. This week I got offered another job and I start on the 10th...wooohooo. Now I am motivated and want to concentrate on getting healthy again. Tomorrow is October and the holidays are here. The average person gains 10 lbs during these 3 months so let’s all concentrate on our eating habits and exercise. With this new job, I will not be able to get my workout in the evening so I will just need to get used to waking up early like my husband and work out with him. I guess I can look at it as a workout date0

Wow I am sure glad this is a 10 week challenge and this is only our second weight in. Scale is very slow moving
9/30/11 weight in - 137.6
Only down another .2 from last week, but things continue to be very stressful and crazy.
I have seen some really great weightlosses on here. Great job everyone!!!! :flowerforyou:0
