  • Weighed myself yesterday and I am at 269! No longer in the 270's! Woohoo! And I weighed myself today and it is still the same so it wasn't a fluke, lol.

    Let's report on a daily all this week for those who are willing to stay focus for all this week starting Saturday. The challenge is to give yourself a happy face for staying under and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. We are all winners and we will be healthy on Thanksgiving day! I bet anyone who puts this mini challenge to work will loose a pound by our next weigh-in 10/14/11.
