today I was 307.4 but also dealing with TOM...and after my huge loss last week I kind of expected nothing or something very small! so I will take something small especially with the bloating that is going on0

Well I went back up to 174.4 lbs. I dont know if me working out this week has anything to do with it because I had read that sometimes your muscles retain water. It kinda sucks because I'm jus gettin over bein sick with walking pneumonia so I couldnt do much last week.0

Stay strong and adn focus, suggestion for myself and others, let's stay under calories this week for 5 days straighth and exercise for at least 30 minutes, that's all.

Okay- so vacation affected my weight more than I thought. However, I'm not too upset because this number is less than it was on Monday! Also, all the various summer weddings are over - so now I can get back on track ! Congrats to all this weeks losses and I hope to join you next week!

Let's report on a daily all this week for those who are willing to stay focus for all this week starting Saturday. The challenge is to give yourself a happy face for staying under and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. We are all winners and we will be healthy on Thanksgiving day! I bet anyone who puts this mini challenge to work will loose a pound by our next weigh-in 10/14/11.

Yesterday was crazy for me. It was my last day at my job and a start a new one on Monday :-)
I am very excited!!!! I get to work with some of my former co-workers and we are already making plans to do out
walking during lunch.
I may not be able to have a computer this coming week but when I get a chance I will check in.
I can use my phone as I'm doing now, but the screen is to small. Have a nice weekend everyone.
Cleaning the entire house this morning and then heading out to my son's baseball game. Busy day...0 -

Shopping walking counts, of course. I wear my pedometer when I shop and I typically get over 20,000 steps. Go couple stores browsing and then go back to the stores and you got yourself a great deal, exercise and looking for better bargains! Work than take a 15 minute break walk and then after work amother walk, you done it. I will report daily as I want to get 2 pounds down by Friday!

Weighed myself yesterday and I am at 269! No longer in the 270's! Woohoo! And I weighed myself today and it is still the same so it wasn't a fluke, lol.
