    Ok Black Team...I just sent my weight in and I am VERY HAPPY to report that I am down 7.8 lbs from the last weigh in for this challenge!!:happy: I have been busting my *kitten* this week to get that holiday weight off and I did it!!:drinker: I dont like telling my weight:blushing: but I started this challenge last Wed. at 301.0:ohwell: (which was UP from the holidays) and this morning I am at 293.2:happy: I am sooo glad those holiday pound finally left me and took some friends with it:wink: We can do this guys!!

    I'm down 1 today which I'm actually incredibly happy about considering TOM's hanging around.

    I hope to lose at least 3 this week! I want to be down under 200 again by 1/20.

    Today's my birthday, but we're not really doing anything. BF agreed to make me dinner and we're either going to have turkey burgers or use 93% lean ground beef, mixed veggies and potatos. I think I'm going to have Sesame chicken for lunch, hold the rice.

    I shouldn't go over today, but even if I do, I'm not working out. It's my birthday and I don't have to!

    She's alive!

    I've been sick since Saturday, but didn't let that get in the way of counting calories and walking on the treadmill every day! Since my late weigh in last Saturday, I have lost a total of 3 pounds. 180 on the scales this morning. If I look back to last Wed when I started MFP, I have lost a total of 9 lbs so far.

    From past experience, I tend to lose a pound a day for a couple weeks and then it starts to half down, etc. I'm amazed at how many calories I shoved in my face before I started counting. WOW. No wonder why I am fat. :)

    Also, I bought a food scale the other day. I've actually used it a couple times now. Woop!

    I am down 3 pounds! I am 1.8 pounds away from my lowest weight ever, the summer after I graduated high school in 2000. I stripped down completely for the weigh-in. I even took off my glasses. :laugh: I'm SO doing that from now on!

    WAY TO GO!! Geez, we had some really big losers this week. Way to go everyone..

    Spyguy - I had the same stomach bug, but still gained half a pound. Guess I recovered too fast..

    Send weigh ins to bohlon15..

    Ah ... found the thread after three days. It's been a rough three days ... :noway: :huh: :laugh:

    Weighed in this morning: 193.8, down 1.4.

    Sam, is it easier for you to keep track if we P.M. you this, too?

    I'm feeling better, but still not back to much energy yet ... so I may lay low for a bit longer. Y'all are doing great & I love all the encouragement and chat!

    I think I had it-- if'n you all don't mind-- I crashed and burned on the fruits and veggies. NOT in the budget, believe you me--

    Challenge for this week, abdominal work EVERY DAY until next week. Get on that floor, people-- move it, move it, move it!! :wink:

    I always forget to get my ab work in-- this will help!!

    Marla - Do you hate me or something? Crunches?! BAH! :wink: I'll work in my 20 min. AbJam dvd this week a couple times. I'm already regretting saying that. :grumble:

    Ab challenge is on! This will be good because I haven't even attempted sit-ups of any kind since I started MFP. This will motivate me to start doing it after the treadmill. Thanks!

    Blah! I hate ab workouts. I'm still hoping that after doing no ab workouts, one day I'll wake up to a rock-hard flat stomach. Maybe? :noway:

    Ummm...probably only if DAVE is into doing ab workouts will you wake up to them with that philosophy. LOL

    Hello fellow black team memerbs!

    I weighed this morned and had a 4.5 pounds weight loss. This is week 1 for me so I am scared what the scale will say next week. You guys are so much motivation for me. When I am on the bike and want to quit, I pretend there is a sign on my wall that say "Go Black!"

    Congratulations on all the weight loss this week fellow members! For those that showed a gain, while I know it is a disappointment please don't give up. This is a life changing process. We can do this!

    Getting ready to start the ab challenge! Does it have its own thread somewhere?
