I just had an 800 calorie lunch! Yum. I only got OJ for breakfast this morning and still have like 400cal for dinner plus whatever I burn off when I exercise. It was delicious though! And best part....none of it came out of a box or from fast food!!! :drinker: :laugh:0

I reported in with a slight gain - sorry everyone. I'm increasing my intake - I have been below 1200 for about a week so I think it's a combination of storing food...and with taking more in it may take me a bit to get readjusted.0

The scale has stayed the same for me as well since monday but Im only eating 1200-1250 calories a day. I don't always eat my exercise calories.0 -
Well I just finished my second workout for the day!
I did 40mins of P90 and 30mins of My Fitness Coach Cardio. I have learned Im not ready to do 2 cardio sessions in 1 day.0 -

I took my Motrin and my knee and back feel much better today! :drinker: I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes on my lunch break and burned 150 calories. I'm going back after work to use the elliptical and hopefully burn much more.
For dinner tonight, I think I might have something from Subway. But, that will put me way over on my sodium. :grumble:0 -
Hi I have to say i had the best best day. After being so upset that I could not do a full 30 day shred workout, last night I did my first weigh in. I am down 9 lbs! I know it;s my first week and mostly water weight, (I tend to do well my first week, then i fizzle when i lack motivation) but it made me very happy and with all of your support should be very easy to stay motivated. next week, i am sure my numbers will be very low, but i will remember this moment!0

Here's Blue Team!!! I'm posting this now even though there are a few left to weigh-in. If there is a ' - ' by your name then I didn't receive your weight this week. The spreadsheet will update in this post as I get more weights put in.
We lost a combined 96.4lbs! Which was 1.16% of our total weight!!!

Good morning. Well Im going back to bed as Im always up till midnight to get my daughter out of the bed wetting habit. However, today I have to go to a nearby town to get a part, get gas and pay for my kids lunch. Then I have some visitors. Im going to workout today to the 30day shred I just don't know at what point I will get there. Im also going to make those stuffed mushrooms that I saw on diettribe. Yummy im so excited to try it myself.

This morning was so amazing. I got out of the bus (in nyc the weather just a bit chilly, but nice all around) and Looked up for a second and saw this amazing and beautiful sunlight coming out of these gorgeous tall buildings. With a great smell of coffee in the air, all of a sudden all the hot women it tight boots and size 0 jackets, didn't bother me. I knew it was going to be a good day!

I didnt get to go to Bosu class this morning:sad: I really wanted to. It snowed here some and if we lived in a different area it wouldnt be so bad but we live in the mountains and so the roads here can get bad pretty easy and since its not a main road we are one of the last that they come to to salt or sand. Plus we have had so much rain lately that there might be ice on it. Although the kids did have school today. So I guess when daughter goes down for nap I will do 30 day shred and BL cardio max. Not going this morning has me tired though LOL. I hate missing my exercise.

I got like 9 hours of sleep last night and I'm STILL falling asleep at work. I seriously need to find a more exciting job. I've been doing this for 1.5 yrs and it's really starting to affect my mood in a very bad way. :grumble: I'm needing a cup a sunshine today too.
Anyway, I have YogaX tonight and I'm hoping to get through at least 30min of it. I don't think I'll do all 90. I've got a lot of school to get done today to....and job-hunting maybe.0 -

Anyone want a cheap HRM? Woot.com has one from Reebok for about $25 today only. I have ordered other items from them before without any problems. I don't know anything about this particular HRM so you might want to look for reviews before you decide.
I know I have found more motivation having one. I love having a more accurate measure of the calories I have burned when exercising.0 -
Well I took it easy today and only did the 30 day shred. I burned 221 calories. Im still hating that I missed my Bosu class but oh well what can we do. I thought about doing my BL cardio max dvd also but decided not to. Almost did my Turbo Jam but maybe later I will feel like doing it. Right now Im just so sweaty LOL.
