Well I just finished my P90 workout of Sculpt 1-2. Tonight I am going to do 30mins of My Fitness Coach Cardio.

I have drank 34oz of water so far.

Yesterday was a bad eating day for me. I used 210 calories to try one of the fuse drinks and it was good but last night I was starving and ate some candy  I still under my calories but went over on my carbs and today was up 0.4.

Today is a new day and I am motivated and ready to kick butt!

The Blue Team is doing amazing keep up the awesome work everyone! :drinker: :drinker:

    "Hey Blue Team,

Anyone want a cheap HRM? Woot.com has one from Reebok for about $25 today only. I have ordered other items from them before without any problems. I don't know anything about this particular HRM so you might want to look for reviews before you decide.

I know I have found more motivation having one. I love having a more accurate measure of the calories I have burned when exercising. "

Thanks for the tip! I've been wanting one but can't afford a "good" one.
Great job on the weight loss, blue team!!! :flowerforyou:

Hello! I hope you guys continue with your good days! And, if things aren't going so well . . . I hope they get better!! :flowerforyou:

I'm in a little bit of pain today. :ohwell: My knee problem got worse. It felt so good yesterday after taking Motrin. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at lunch. I got home, took another Motrin after work, and decided to go back to the gym at 8 last night for 30 minutes on the elliptical.

    Bad idea. :noway:

    It's all tender and burning today . . . kinda like I have Icy-Hot under my knee-cap.

So . . . I think I should take today and tomorrow off . . . then see how I feel on Saturday. :indifferent:

Buuuuuut, I'm having a really nice lunch! Asparagus and hollandaise sauce. Mmm! It was a Butter Blends steamer. I also added two packets of instant coffee to my chocolate protein shake this morning and made an instant mocha!

Hey everyone! Just now getting the chance to check in. I just finished Turbo Jam #2 with 336 calories gone. Work has been really crazy for me (with all the running around I'm doing hopefully that means even more calorie burn). We are in the process of month/year end close and my VP decided to bring the auditors in too. Too much for one week! :grumble: Oh well, keeps it interesting anyway. Looking forward to the weekend

    Happy friday everyone!!

I did good yesterday - 80 ounces of water, did crunches, squats, arm curls, pushups, no cardio - time got away from me. (i should never have started reading Eclipse--those books are addicting.)

Still hanging on not losing but no more gain either. I'm at a loss at what to do to get going again - I lost 41 pounds in a little less than 4 months gained 1 back and haven't lost anyting since. I thought it was my calories too low so I've adjusted that this week, gotten back into drinking water and have been doing a little exercise daily (none thru December and still lost) - if anyone has any ideas, I am all for it!

Chrissy, are you doing more strength training than cardio on a regular basis? That always keeps me from showing loss on the scale: you are gaining muscle as you lose fat! There isn't anything wrong with that, of course, but if you are wanting to lose weight, you might want to focus more on cardio for a while.

That's a very good thought - thanks! I'll try it. Maybe I should stick to the 30 day shred where it's giving me both since I really don't know what I am doing!

Since the kids and I have been sick, I haven't been able to get in any cardio. My son is just getting over pneumonia, and my self I have a bad cold. I did try the treadmill the other day and only managed 10 minutes before I started coughing. Hopefully will try again tomorrow. I am still sticking to my calories though, and I will finish day 3 week 1 of the 200 situp challenge and 100 pushup challenge. Hope everyone has a good Friday.
  • Hi team mates...just wanted to let you guys know that I have been putting forth effort ...i posted mine on the last blue team topic, the one for last week...well n e who, Keep up the great work and break a sweat today guys...
  • Hi Everyone and happy friday. I was wondering do we get to see the other teams weights? Or do we just challenge ourselves? I think we all need some motivation this weekend! Will be cold and snowy and that is when my worst habits came forth...stayed home in front of the TV with the junk and chinese food. YUK! I can't believe I used to do that.

    Welcome Borac!

I completed my step class this morning & I hope to do a 20 min windsor pilates video a bit later... after I've caught up on my emails & posts!! And a little time with my girls would be good too before I need to start dinner!! Sometimes it's hard finding a balance with everything. But I do try!

I hope that everyone has good, successful, active weekends!

I've decided to let my knee rest until at least Sunday. SO, this evening I'll be focusing on using my hand weights and doing some exercises while watching TV. It's not much, but it's something!

May I also mention I'm on glass seven of my water today?! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

I got my Polar F6 HRM!! I am excited - I think this will help motivate me! I did good Monday & Tuesday, then Wednesday was my off day...and Thursday I travelled for work (gone almost 12 hours), so I got out of the routine I had gotten into. Today hasn't been much better, I am sad to say.

I workout lastnight and it felt wonderful. I had plans on working out today however after some stressful situation I don't think that will be happening. I just need to sit back and breathe. :grumble:

It is fun once you can get your balance. I still dont like the side squats off of it. So I usually do them on the floor.

Today was such a busy day this is the first time I have been on the computer all day. I did my step class this morning and then just have been going all day long. I wanted to do my 30 day shred todya but didnt get it done. And I just bought me some more weights last night to:love: 5 pounders. I also got the Wii My fitness coach but havent really had a chance to do it. I will do it tomorrow. Geez so right now my schedule looks like my classes in the morning. 30 day shred and my fitness coach on Wii. I would love to be able to do all 3 in a day. I will jsut have to see how it goes.

In other news. I am going to be a test subject ( of a sort)..... My step class teacher is also a professor at the university here and she teaches physiology or something like that. Anyway her class this semester is doing something on the resting heart rate of an obese person. ( she called me obese HEHE).. Well I already knew I was so it really didnt bother me. She asked if I wanted to be their first subject. So in about 2 weeks I get to go and get my true resting heart rate and metabolism done for free. YEA ME. I said heck yea. I would love to find out what it really is. And then I go back in April to have it done again. SO that will give me almost 3 months of working out some more before having it done again.

    Connie
