I gained 3 lbs during level 1 and it slowly crept off. I only lost 1.5 lbs doing the 30 DS, but i also lost 6.5 inches and I didn't even finish level 3! I'm restarting the 30DS this month and I'm going to do it every day with no breaks.

I'm starting 30 day shred tomorrow! I just finished Insanity today, so it'll be a nice switch up. Hoping to get good results!

I decided to do 30DS again since it usually delivers some results.
On day 20, I did all levels 3 times and levels 2 & 3 together today. Here are my results so far. I've lost 7lbs in 20 days or so (went from 191lbs to 184lbs). Not taking any measurements or scale numbers until next week.
Day 26 is today

Just finished up my second round of 30 day shred. 60 days later and I've lost 11 pounds and 13.5 inches.

I will star this and come back on day 30. I started 4 days ago at 232 and am sitting at 225. Already a 7 lb loss and my diet makes me feel so much less slumpy. I am aiming for 185. I'm only 5'10", but I have naturally broad shoulders so 185 would have mean lean, mean, and a fighting machine.0

Great work to everyone that has completed this! Here are my progress photos I Just finished the 30 day challenge. I'm 5'11 with my starting weight at 175lbs. I am now 167lbs with another 10lbs to go! Good luck to everyone that has just started keep up the good work!
