    I made better choices yesterday! Yippee for me. I was very tired when I got home but I did a 12 minute cardio blast on the treadmill and then 45 minutes of Pilates! I also stayed within my calories...I short changed my water by 16 oz. but all and all, feel pretty good, especially after the day before!

    Weigh in tomorrow. First time since the holidays, hopefully I didn't gain too much! :grumble:

    I know...the water drinking is not usually a problem for me...I had a lot of meeting out of the office. Sometimes that makes it tough. I've already drank 2 pints this morning, no problem today! :bigsmile:

    My dad always listened to that....Yes...I have.......I actually started a thread a lont time ago.....I had the first few sentences then the next person had to finish. It's gone now though :frown: Yup...bored...I REFUSE to work today CrossedArms.gif

    I went over my calories yesterday but by about 146, not super bad. I did much better today, I am actually under...I exercsed twice today 45 mins on the treadmill this morning and 35 mins on the stationary bike before dinner. I am done eating for today...when are we supposed to weigh in for this challenge? I only want to weigh in once a week though. :flowerforyou:
