yuck----sick kids all week, even a 2 am trip to the ER!!!!
!trying to keep in perspective about life balance and burnout......and not losing patience in myself for not seeing the results in the timeline i expected....but, i just did 20 minutes of hulahooping and totally ignored the floor that needs to be vaccummed.....
so, sorry for the pity party....hoping that everyone has a great weekend!

So you know how doctor's office scales have those things on the lower part....you know to put it on 50, 100, 150, and 200....and then the smaller slider on top for individual pounds? We have a scale like this at work, and I'm happy to say I was finally able to stop putting the bottom slider on 150 and can now put it on 100 and then move on to the smaller slider :bigsmile:

Did I meet my first mini goal? Yes, I did! 6.2 pounds in the first month. I just hope I can keep the momentum up as we head into the Holiday Season. When I first joined this challenge I was concerned about setting a goal, I felt like it was going to add to much pressure. But I think it's working, I'm just taking it one day at a time.

weight today 142.6 but I measured myself and my bust are 34, waist 33 hips 39 woohooo from a 42 Maybe not going down on the scale but two inches is alot!!! Thats why my *kitten* are in 8's..lol0

I'm scale-free until halloween. I'm going to leave my mini goal weights up there, so that when I do weigh in, I'll remember what my goal was. I'll be reporting inches lost for the rest of the challenge, though. It feels pretty good not to be stressed about what the crazy scale decides I weigh.0
