Measurements: Waist: 29.5, Hips: 36.5, Arms: 11, Thighs: 22,5.
October 1st ... running 20 mins + walking 30 mins = 356 cals burned
October 2nd... walking 120 mins+ 60 mins cleaning = 382 cals burned +26
October 3rd...runnning 25 mins+ walking 15 mins= 396 burned+14
October 4th...Workout dvd 65 Mins + 15 mins walking= 286 burned... didnt have time to do anymore! so il make up for it tonight!
October 5th .. workout dvd 35 mins+ walking 40 mins+ cleaning 10 mins= 401 Cals Burned =+5
October 6th ... REST DAY
October 7th...Running and walking= 344 Burned... sorry im minus again... busy day on friday
October 8th..Walking and workout dvd and Cleaning = 471 cals burned! so +70 cals (Since Friday)
October 9th.. Rest Day
October 10th.. Walking 85 mins = 307 cals burned..
October 11th... Running and Walking ... 271 Cals burned...
October 12th... 6 week 6 pack...adn walking 274 cals burned... + 4 cals
October 13th.. walking .. 326 Cals Burned= +52 cals
October 14th.. walking and 6 wk 6 pk.. cals burned = 309 - 17 cals

Same for me, not sure what I started with, but I do different workouts each day, it's hard to keep up to extra calories when each day is different workouts....nevermind! At least we're all still posting, nearly the end of the month!!0 -

Almost near the end of this month! How does everyone feel they have done this month so far? I guess with Tuesday just around the corner we'll find out how we have really done.
I think for a lot of us it's been difficult to stick to this challenge, as we have different workouts on different days and sticking to doing extra each day doesn't work like that. But if we have been making each day of same workouts better each time it must be showing!!
Looking forward to seeing how everyone has done on Tuesday!! So Monday will be our last workout to post and Tuesday will be pats on the back all round!!!!! :happy:0 -

I havent done aswell as i would have liked in the challenge but your right Sassy75 its so hard when we all have different routines,but I am pleased that I have kept logging with the group its nice to have the support and its been interesting for me to look back on what im averaging in my workouts as I have been the same weight for a few months.. it shows me that I need to bump it up a bit to stop my body plateauing and getting used to it !0 -
