I cannot get my pedometer watch working but I am walking every day or doing some type of cardio, just not counting steps, so I am going to drop out however I am proud of all of you who are doing this. Great job!0

10/1 - 44,553 steps (18 miles -- last huge training walk before the 3-day)
10/2 - 25,015 steps (9+ miles -- another 3-day training walk)
10/3 - 4,817 . Rest day but felt awful for most of day.

Thanks for the well wishes. I did get worse and have been laid up for 2 days now. I'm really hoping to feel better tomorrow cuz being sick is now making me exhausted. I had like 400 steps yesterday and I didn't even bother to put on my pedometer today. My hubby needs to go back to work tomorrow so I hope to get back to normal.0

10/19 -- 3943 -- didn't get a walk in today and am calling it a day a little early and vegging out at home.

I had to walk laps around the downstairs last night in order to make those last 500 steps! No way was I going to get that close and miss!0 -
I'm still sick but I'm doing well enough to be back up and walking around so I've got my pedometer on today. Hopefully I can get a decent amount of steps in. I have lost weight this week due to being sick. Looking on the bright side.0

10/20 -- 5146 Need to make my walks a priority again. The weather is turning colder and kinda icky. Bought a used treadmill cheap from Craigslist. Has been in the garage for the past month, and I just set it up tonight. If the weather is too cold tomorrow, I think I'll be using it.0

I had to use my treadmill yesterday. It was just too wet outside in the morning. I have a small TV in front of it which helps keep on the the treadmill.0 -

I've found that 45 minutes on my treadmill is the magic formula for getting to 10,000 every day.
A long as I make time to do that, I don't seem to have a problem anymore.0 -
10/21 -- 5352 -- Did about 20 minutes on the treadmill, after I figured out how to go in "program" mode. It is older than the one I used to have and a little different, but it seems to work just fine.0
